Mortgage Reveal (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) is operated by AlexApps.Net Co. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use mortgagereveal.com and the Mortgage Reveal iOS app, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Information you enter into calculators

All mortgage inputs (loan amount, interest rate, term, etc.) are processed locally in your browser or device. We do not transmit calculator inputs to our servers or store them in any database tied to your identity.

Contact form submissions

When you use the contact form at /contact, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Usage data

We may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, features used, and general geographic region (country or state level). This data is used in aggregate to improve the Service and does not identify individual users.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

• Functionality — storing your saved calculator scenarios and preferences between sessions.

• Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API — provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, used to retrieve Freddie Mac mortgage rate data. Requests to the FRED API may include your IP address as part of standard HTTP traffic. See the FRED privacy policy.
• Apple App Store— if you download the iOS app, Apple's privacy practices apply to that transaction. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and then deleted. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form. We do not retain personally identifiable calculator inputs.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads — visit Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info opt-out.
• Delete your data — contact us at the address below and we will delete any personally identifiable information we hold about you.
• Disable cookies— use your browser's cookie settings to block or delete cookies.
