Mortgage Reveal is a free web and iOS app that shows you what a mortgage actually costs — not just the monthly payment, but the full picture: total interest paid, the exact month PMI drops off, how extra payments shorten your loan, and how two competing offers really compare side by side.

Most mortgage tools show you a number. Mortgage Reveal shows you the math behind it.

Who made it?

Mortgage Reveal is built and maintained by AlexApps.Net Co, an independent software developer based in the United States. The app was created out of personal frustration with mortgage calculators that hide the interest — the number that matters most.

We are not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We don't sell your data or take commissions on loans. The tools are free to use and always will be.

Data sources

Mortgage rate data is sourced from the Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS), published weekly via the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. All calculations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
